Object Cloning Not working Correctly in RPA

Hi All


if Object Cloning  Not working Correctly please follow the below step / Steps to resolve the issue


Setp 1


In order to resolve the problem set the zoom setting to be 100 % .


Capture the object again if problem resolve Great otherwise go to step 2


STEP 2


a) Make Sure Text size Should be 100 % - Navigate to control panel - Item && Display
b) Try setting default Screen resolution


Hope will resolve the issue .

    Hi Abhishek,

    We also need to click the box at Legacy technology location in object cloning command.

    If not it doesn't capture particular object.

    Please add step 3 for above message.
